Are you fluent in Spanish and English with a passion for communication and customer service? We’re looking for an experienced Spanish Language Expert to join our team for a US-based International BPO process.
🔹 Role & Responsibilities:
Manage customer interactions (voice, email, chat) in Spanish and English.
Translate and interpret between both languages with accuracy and professionalism.
Deliver high-quality customer support to US-based clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (verbal & written).
Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone).

Based in or ready to relocate to Viman Nagar, Pune.
