Requirements
Qualification 10+2 and above with minimum B1 certification in Spanish
Technical Voice process
Skills and Experience required:
1. Should be good in reading, speaking and writing in Spanish and English.
2. Should have minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service Voice Process.
3. Should have experience in ERP systems (SAP or Sales Force)
4. Experience in managing service orders and invoicing.
5. Experience in managing service contract terms and conditions.
