About the Role
About Us:
BorderPlus is a Global Talent Mobility start-up dedicated to providing healthcare workers with incredible job opportunities in Germany.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct basic German language screening interviews evaluating candidates to CEFR B1/B2 standards.
Review and manage German-language documents and candidate records.
Support communication and coordinate interviews with candidates, German employers, and partners.
Maintain recruitment trackers and databases while assisting with onboarding and workflow improvements.
What We Offer:
Compensation of INR 4.00-5.00 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
German language proficiency at the B1 or B2 level, with Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD certification highly preferred.
Ability to communicate professionally in both spoken and written German and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
An organized, multitasking mindset with strong attention to detail.
