Requirements
✅ Eligibility:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Native/Bilingual fluency in English & respective language
• French candidates must have B2+ Certification / Graduate / Masters / Native proficiency
• Excellent communication & interpretation skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts)
💼 Role Responsibilities:
• Live interpretation for US-based helpline calls
• Accurate translation maintaining tone & context
• Handle calls professionally with neutrality & confidentiality
• Ensure smooth communication between both parties
